Prior to founding Prescience Technology, Loretta held a senior role with an international consulting organisation. She rapidly gained credence as a successful leader of complex, corporate wide IT client projects by demonstrating a mix of business savvy, technical knowledge and outstanding client and stakeholder relationship management skills.
An accomplished Program and Project Director, Loretta has successfully led strategic Oracle ERP implementations with significant temporal and resource constraints, delivering on-time, under budget and in accordance with defined requirements. Loretta’s proficiency as an Oracle Program and Project Director is complemented by her early career achievements, where she acquired extensive end-to-end IT Project Management and third-party vendor management experience as well as holding leadership roles in database administration, custom and packaged software development and production support teams.
