Our project management methodology promotes a staged and gated approach to implementation planning, development, delivery and execution, and provides sufficient flexibility to accommodate the varying size, scope and risk profile of different Oracle technology projects.  Each of our project managers possesses strong working knowledge and experience using Oracle's AIM methodology, as well as industry recognised standard methods Prince2 and PMBOK, although we are able to adapt to client methods where necessary.
