mountain high - trek for kids challenge - prescience technology

Our very own CEO Loretta Bayliss and her daughter Issy have had an adventure of a lifetime high in the sky in New Zealand’s rugged Southern Alps to raise money for abused and neglected Aussie kids.

Along with nine other trekkers, they have taken part in ‘Act for Kids – best of the Southern Alps New Zealand Challenge 2016′.

The Challenge included a trek up the 2,070 metre Beuzenberg Peak, exploration of landforms on Mt Cook, a jet boat sprint along a lake side track, and a breathtaking helicopter ride to a remote ridgeline with stunning views of Mt Aspiring.

For many years, both Prescience Technology and Loretta personally have supported Act for Kids and the great work they do preventing and treating child abuse and neglect. This year, Act for Kids aims to raise $120,000 in much needed funds through their Trek for Kids challenge.

Loretta and Issy have committed to raising $10,000 for this wonderful charity and thanks to many generous individuals and organisations they are close to reaching their target. If you would like to support this great cause, please donate here.
