The Hat Trick Celebration offers are only valid till CoB 15/12/2023 on quotes issued on or after 15/11/2023, and are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• General terms
o To be eligible for the offer, your first quote must be issued on or after 15/11/2023.
o All orders must be placed before close of business 15/12/2023, by way of a signed quote or provision of a valid Purchase Order.
o Payment terms are strictly per your formal quote document and no later than 14 days from date of invoice.
• Software Licenses terms
o This offer is not applicable to Synami licenses, any maintenance renewals, or any license transfer requests
o All new software clients are eligible for one free 30 day PrescienceADVANTAGE® Everyday Support subscription for one user.
• Training Order terms
o Training credits must be redeemed within 6 months from date of purchase.
o Tiered Training Credit discount applies to full priced courses.
o Minimum class sizes apply in order for training to go ahead as scheduled.
o All training is delivered under the standard Training Terms and Conditions
• Cloud Order terms
o Only applicable to new multi-year SMB or Enterprise subscriptions with 5 or more users.
• Support Order Terms
o PADV Everyday Support subscription is scaled for each individual named user in your team.
o Where PADV Everyday Support is purchased with a new on-premise Primavera P6 license, you will also be eligible to access a P6 Starter pack which covers our team installing P6 Professional in standalone mode on one machine for one named user.
