Jim brings practical integrated project management and projects controls expertise in the areas of capital project planning, scheduling, cost control, earned value management, project cost/schedule risk analysis, risk management and contract management. He is recognised for his domain knowledge of risk management, delay analysis and dispute resolution and his specialty is in working with project teams to develop project delivery strategies that provide the greatest strategic outcome for the project owner.
Jim is a qualified Mechanical Engineer with more than 30 years of experience across all phases of asset planning, development, operations, and maintenance in in petrochemical; mining; minerals processing, road, and rail; pulp and paper processing; and utilities industries.
